Our second awareness on LinkedIn is to comprehend and understand the meaning of the 2 words: Diversity and Inclusion. Our mission is to show you: How much today? How much tomorrow?.
An initiative that allows us to show our comrades (employees, managers, suppliers, freelance, entrepreneurs and neighborhood residents) the value of diversity and inclusion in the development of their activities, virtual meetings, telework/telecommuting or when contacting the client and working in diverse teams.
For this purpose, we must not forget that we have designed with all comrades on LinkedIn the first dictionary in Bogotá, Colombia for all technology, Communicator and marketing team amateurs. In this virtual repository you can find a practical and human explication which you can apply in your daily communications (telework, videoconference, daily scrum meeting, week traffic or work interviews).
Because of the different cultural currents. We use the polls channel on LinkedIn so that our comrades choose freely the words that they wish to find in this repository. The process is simple, once a week we select one word with the results from that poll. The next step is to investigate its origin and meaning in order to publish it on the website.
Our final objective is to open dialogue spaces on LinkedIn in order to create modest communication, but at the same time technical, so that our teams can understand and learn the world of other teams
(technology, creative or communication).
